Q.What if I can’t remember my script? Can I use a teleprompter? A. We don’t encourage using teleprompter. Breaking up the script into short chunks or paragraphs usually works best for our clients. This allows you to focus on small portions of your script and eliminates the stress of trying to get it right in one take. We find this to be the most natural approach.
Q.Where does the video shoot take place? A. We bring our studio to your place of business. We come equipped with cameras, microphones, lights, backdrops, etc.
Q.Do you do “green screen” video shoots? A. Yes. We do green screen shoots and the necessary editing.
Q.Do you do that pure white background style, like the Apple commercials? A. Yes, that’s our favourite background
Q.How long does the video shoot take? A. From 1 - 5 hours depending on your needs and the kind of video we’re shooting.
Q.Can you help me add the video to my website, blog and social media sites? A. Yes, at no extra charge.
Q.Can mL host my videos once they’re done? A. Yes. Hosting is included in most of our packages.
Q.Will my video play on an iPhone, iPod and iPad? A. Yes. Your video will play on all Apple devices.

Q.How does payment work? A. We ask for a 35% deposit before filming, and the remaining balance upon completion of the video.
